This is Our Story

Hot diggity diggers was born from the owners realisation there was a growing need for micro earthworks in residential properties.

Frustrated for years at having to manually excavate or load materials and realising most earthwork machinery was too wide or heavy to even access many properties Adam decided to do something about it and Hot Diggity Diggers was born.

As more development occurs and blocks tend to get smaller access is the main challenge.

The need to eliminate manual handling where possible, save time and fit into tight spaces were the driving factors.

The equipment we use is deliberately small. In fact our machines can fit through a standard pedestrian doorway.

For example we can access a backyard via the pedestrian door in the garage!

We operate a micro-combo package with a 1 tonne excavator and a mini-loader.

The entire operation is trailer based and therefore very portable.

Some customers require only one machine, for example just post holes to be dug so we offer a reduced rate for single machine operation.
